- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative menus, recipes, and daily specials.
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff and apprentices.
- Manage kitchen operations, including budgeting, food costs, procurement, and inventory control.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
