Key Responsibilities

- Teach Accountancy, Business Studies, and Entrepreneurship to Classes XI and XII as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Plan and deliver engaging, concept-based lessons that promote analytical thinking and practical business understanding.
- Prepare students effectively for CBSE Board Examinations and competitive entrance examinations.
- Assess student progress through assignments, projects, presentations, tests, and examinations.
- Integrate case studies, business simulations, and technology-enabled learning into classroom instruction.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and academically stimulating learning environment.
- Participate in school events, examinations, parent-teacher meetings, and co-curricular activities.




- Mentor students and guide them in their academic and career aspirations.
- Support residential and pastoral responsibilities as assigned by the school.

Eligibility Criteria

- M.Com. with B.Ed.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school preferred.
- Experience teaching Classes XI and XII.
- Strong subject knowledge in Accountancy, Business Studies, and Entrepreneurship.
- Ability to relate theoretical concepts to real-world business scenarios.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in educational technology and modern teaching methodologies.
- Willingness to reside on campus and actively participate in residential school activities.
