Job Summary

Jhopdi.com is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to oversee and supervise civil construction activities at our project sites in Vrindavan. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, measurements, contractor coordination, and ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing work.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labourers, architects, and other project team members.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction progress.
- Check the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
- Take site measurements and maintain proper records.
- Assist in checking BOQs, quantity calculations, and contractor bills.




- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Monitor manpower and material requirements at the site.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the construction site.
- Assist with snag rectification and project handover activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in civil construction/site supervision.
- Basic knowledge of civil construction methods and materials.
- Ability to read and understand civil/architectural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of BOQ, measurements, and quantity estimation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at project/construction sites in Vrindavan.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in real estate, residential, commercial, or construction projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
