We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical employee to manage daily data entry operations, maintain accurate transaction records, and provide daily business insights through data analysis. The candidate will be responsible for organizing data, preparing reports, identifying trends, and helping management make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update records of all daily transactions accurately.
- Perform regular data entry with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organize, clean, and manage data in spreadsheets and reporting systems.
- Prepare and present a daily data analysis report with key insights and observations.
- Analyze sales, customer, operational, or financial data to identify:
- Trends
- Growth opportunities
- Operational issues
- Performance gaps
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and backup of records.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to collect and verify data.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company data.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and dashboards
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Positive communication and presentation skills
- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Basic knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, charts, and reporting tools
- Prior experience in data entry or data analysis preferred

- Submit a complete daily transaction record

- Insights and observations
- Recommendations/improvements
