Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Quality Incharge to manage and control quality standards across our garment and uniform manufacturing processes. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that finished products meet customer specifications, approved samples, measurements, workmanship, and company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall quality control from fabric inspection to cutting, stitching, finishing, packing, and final dispatch.
- Inspect garments at different stages of production and identify defects.
- Ensure products comply with approved samples, specifications, measurements, and customer requirements.
- Establish and maintain quality checkpoints and inspection procedures.
- Monitor stitching, construction, finishing, ironing, pressing, embroidery, printing, and other processes.
- Identify recurring quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Cutting, Sampling, Stores, and Merchandising/Sales teams to resolve quality issues.
- Train and guide quality checkers and production staff on quality standards.
- Maintain inspection reports, defect records, rejection/rework data, and quality documentation.




- Conduct final inspections before dispatch and ensure proper packing and presentation.
- Minimize rejection, rework, fabric wastage, and customer complaints.
- Handle customer quality complaints and support root-cause analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in garment, hosiery, uniform, or apparel manufacturing.
- Robust knowledge of garment construction, measurements, stitching defects, finishing, and inspection procedures.
- Experience in managing a quality team.
- Good understanding of AQL, inline inspection, end-line inspection, and final inspection.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work under production deadlines and maintain quality standards.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience with institutional, corporate, security, defence, or uniform manufacturing will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates from Ludhiana's garment/hosiery/uniform manufacturing industry with hands-on factory quality-control experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
