Neo Surgical is looking for a detail-oriented Design Engineer to create and maintain accurate engineering drawings for orthopedic implants, surgical instruments, and related products. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of mechanical drafting, GD&T;, and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare 2D manufacturing drawings from 3D CAD models.
- Create detailed engineering drawings with dimensions, tolerances, surface finish, and material specifications.
- Develop assembly drawings, exploded views, and BOMs (Bill of Materials).
- Revise and update existing drawings as per engineering change requests.
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
- Maintain drawing records and documentation according to company standards.
- Ensure all drawings comply with applicable industry standards and manufacturing requirements.

Requirements





- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in engineering drawing and drafting (Freshers with strong CAD skills may also apply).
- Good understanding of GD&T;, machining processes, and manufacturing drawings.
- Knowledge of orthopedic implant or medical device manufacturing is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience creating production-ready manufacturing drawings.
- Knowledge of CNC machining and machining tolerances.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and engineering standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
