About the Role

Mentor Bee Eduverse is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to promote our educational programs and build strong relationships with schools, colleges, tuition centres and other educational institutions.

This is a field-based role suitable for candidates interested in Education Marketing, EdTech, Business Development, Institutional Sales and Field Sales.

Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools, colleges, tuition centres and educational institutions to promote our programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with principals, teachers, counsellors and institutional representatives.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking and institutional outreach.
- Support student admissions and business development activities.
- Coordinate with the Admissions, Marketing and Academic teams.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with institutions and prospective leads.
- Submit daily field visit reports and maintain accurate records.
- Achieve assigned lead generation, outreach and admission targets.





Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation and public speaking ability.
- Ability to interact confidently with school and college representatives.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Field Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Education Marketing, Admissions or EdTech is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
