JOB DESCRIPTION – TELECALLING EXECUTIVE

Department: Sales / Telecalling
Location: Piplod, Surat – Office Based
Experience: Freshers Welcome
Qualification: Graduation – Any Discipline
Reports To: Sales Manager / Team Leader

Role Purpose

To connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, generate interest in Solar Energy Solutions, and convert enquiries into qualified leads and site visits for the Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make calls to current and existing leads and introduce solar solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about solar systems.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits / sales meetings.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers.
- Maintain customer and lead details in CRM / Excel.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for further lead conversion.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.




- Maintain professional communication with customers.

Eligibility & Skills

- Graduation in any discipline.
- Freshers who like to Interact with people are welcome to apply.
- Gujarati and Hindi communication required; English is an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented with good follow-up ability.
- Basic computer knowledge.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
