REQUIRED SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles.
- Hands on experience in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with Active Directory, user administration, and group policies
- Should have the experience of supporting 100+ users in a corporate setting.
- Experience with remote support tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or Remote Desktop
- Familiarity with endpoint security and antivirus solutions
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
