About the Role

Labelvera Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled professional to join our growing team in Kochi.

The role combines sustainability data processing, AutoCAD drafting, point cloud processing, NEN 2580 measurement, and Scan-to-BIM tasks for projects in the Netherlands.

You will work closely with our Netherlands-based colleagues and receive full training on Dutch standards, software, and internal workflows.

Key ResponsibilitiesSustainability Data Processing.

- Prepare recommendations based on building information.
- Ensure accurate data entry and timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with our Netherlands-based colleagues.

Architectural Drafting & Point Cloud Work

- Convert point cloud data into accurate 2D architectural floor plans.
- Prepare drawings for NEN 2580 and rental measurement reports.
- Create floor plans, elevations, sections, and DWG drawings.
- Support Scan-to-BIM and Revit modelling tasks.
- Assist with redevelopment and permit-related architectural drawings when required.

3D Modelling & Visualization

Depending on the project, you may also work with:

- Revit
- ReCap Pro
- Twinmotion
- 3D modelling
- Architectural visualization and rendering

Required Skills

- Strong AutoCAD skills.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and dimensions.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with technical and numerical information.
- Valuable written and spoken English.




- Ability to learn new software and standards quickly.

Preferred Skills

Experience with the following is an advantage:

- Revit
- ReCap Pro
- Point cloud workflows
- Scan-to-BIM
- 3D modelling
- Twinmotion
- Architectural visualization

Candidates with Scan-to-BIM or point cloud experience will be given higher priority.

Qualification

Preferred:

- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Diploma / Polytechnic in Civil Engineering

Candidates from Architecture, BIM, Drafting, Construction Technology, or other relevant technical fields are also welcome.

Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Important

Experience with 3D scanning itself is also not required.
