We are looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our company's day-to-day business activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, managing cross-functional teams, implementing process improvements, and driving business growth.

Operational Strategy & Efficiency:

- Develop and implement business operations strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and operational execution.

Process & Performance Management:

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance.
- Streamline workflows and remove operational bottlenecks.
- Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to company standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
