We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Export Logistics to independently manage export documentation, shipment coordination and day-to-day logistics operations.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in Home Décor / Handicraft Hardgoods Export, along with hands-on experience in U.S. buyer coordination, export documentation and international shipment management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end export documentation and shipment coordination.
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders and shipping lines for export shipments.
- Handle customs clearance-related documentation and coordination.
- Manage buyer portals and online export documentation.
- Prepare and verify pre-shipment and post-shipment documents.
- Handle FCR / OFCR and other shipment-related documentation.
- Coordinate shipment bookings, schedules and logistics activities.
- Follow up with freight forwarders, CHA and other logistics partners.
- Maintain accurate export shipment records and documentation.
- Coordinate with U.S. buyers regarding shipment and documentation requirements.
- Independently manage routine export logistics activities and shipment follow-ups.
- Ensure export documentation is complete and accurate within required timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate / Diploma in a relevant field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Export Logistics / Export Documentation.
- Hands-on experience in Home Décor / Handicraft Hardgoods Export is required.
- Experience handling U.S. buyers is required.




- Solid knowledge of export documentation and shipment processes.
- Experience coordinating with CHA, Freight Forwarders and Shipping Lines.
- Knowledge of customs clearance documentation.
- Experience with buyer portals and online documentation.
- Working knowledge of FCR / OFCR and shipment-related documents.
- Strong coordination, follow-up and documentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day export logistics operations.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
