Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Inward & Outward Stock Executive to manage the company's stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing materials, checking quantities, maintaining stock records, and coordinating with the purchase, sales, and warehouse teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inward and outward movement of company stock.
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, quality, and specifications.
- Prepare and maintain inward stock entries and records.
- Prepare outward stock entries based on sales orders, invoices, or delivery requirements.
- Check materials before dispatch and ensure the correct items and quantities are sent.
- Maintain daily stock records and inventory registers.
- Update stock details in Excel or company software.
- Coordinate with purchase, sales, accounts, and warehouse teams.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.




- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Maintain proper documentation for all stock movements.
- Ensure materials are properly stored and organized.
- Assist in identifying damaged, missing, or excess stock.
- Prepare daily/weekly stock movement reports.

Eligibility

- Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain records systematically.
- Basic understanding of inventory and stock management is preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical products is an added advantage.
- Responsible and willing to work as part of a team.

Salary

- Freshers: ₹14,000/month
- Experienced: Salary based on experience and skills.
