About the Role

MyPustak.com (online bookselling platform, 5L+ app downloads) is looking for a performance marketing expert to manage and scale our Google Ads and digital growth efforts, starting with auditing and improving our current campaigns.

Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
- Audit current ad spend and improve cost-per-order and conversion efficiency
- Track performance via GA4 and deliver clear weekly reports (spend, orders, CPA, recommendations)
- Support SEO and organic traffic growth initiatives
- Coordinate content/social media posting calendar with in-house design team

Requirements

- 3–6 years hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically Google Ads (not just social media ads)




- Strong working knowledge of GA4, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization
- Ability to independently analyze data and report findings clearly and simply
- E-commerce/D2C experience preferred

What We're Looking For

Someone who can own results, not just execute — comfortable working independently and reporting weekly with minimal oversight.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
