We are looking for a Video Editor with hands-on experience in Content Marketing and Personal Branding to join our in-house team in Salem.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience creating short-form video content, Reels, personal branding videos, educational content, promotional videos, and social media content.

This role is mainly focused on creating content that helps brands, founders, professionals, and businesses build their presence on social media.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, and other short-form content.
- Edit videos for personal branding, content marketing, and social media growth.
- Transform raw footage into engaging and professional content.
- Add captions, subtitles, transitions, B-rolls, music, sound effects, and motion graphics.
- Create videos that match different personal branding styles and brand guidelines.
- Understand the objective behind each piece of content and edit accordingly.
- Work with the content and marketing team to develop engaging video content.
- Repurpose long-form videos, podcasts, interviews, and webinars into short-form content.
- Follow current social media trends and apply relevant editing styles.
- Handle multiple content projects and deliver videos within deadlines.

Required Experience

- Hands-on experience in content marketing and personal branding video editing is highly preferred.
- Previous experience creating videos for founders, business owners, professionals, influencers, brands, or marketing agencies will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of short-form content and social media platforms.
- Good understanding of hooks, storytelling, pacing, captions, B-rolls, and audience retention.
- Ability to edit videos specifically for marketing and personal branding purposes,



not just basic video editing.

Technical Skills

Experience with one or more of the following:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- CapCut
- DaVinci Resolve
- Other professional video editing tools

Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant video editing experience.
- Strong portfolio of Reels, Shorts, personal branding, or content marketing videos.
- Creative mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand content briefs and execute them independently.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new content formats and trends.

Who We Are Looking For

We are specifically looking for someone who has already worked on content marketing or personal branding projects and understands how video content is used to build an audience, generate engagement, and strengthen a brand's online presence.

Candidates with only basic video editing experience but without relevant content marketing or personal branding experience may not be suitable for this role.
