We are looking for a BAMS Doctor to join our patient care team. The role involves communicating with patients over the phone, understanding their health concerns, following up on their progress during/after treatment, and coordinating consultations with our doctors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call patients and understand their current health condition and treatment progress.
- Follow up with patients after treatment and check how they are doing.
- Communicate with patients using basic medical/Ayurvedic knowledge.
- Address routine patient queries and provide appropriate guidance within the scope of the role.
- Coordinate and schedule consultations with doctors.
- Explain treatment plans and ensure patients understand the next steps.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update patient records.




- Build a good relationship with patients through qualified and empathetic communication.

Requirements:

- BAMS qualification is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi would be an advantage.
- Good understanding of basic Ayurveda and patient care.
- Pleasant, confident and empathetic telephone communication.
- Ability to explain medical information in simple language.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply; experience in patient counselling/telecalling will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
