We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with robust knowledge of Civil Construction and Quantity Surveying (QS) to independently manage projects from planning to completion.

The candidate will be responsible for overall project execution, site coordination, quantity estimation, billing, cost control, subcontractor management, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete project from planning to handover.
- Plan and monitor project schedules, resources, manpower, and materials.
- Handle Quantity Surveying, BOQ, quantity estimation, rate analysis, and costing.
- Prepare and verify client bills, subcontractor bills, RA bills, and measurement sheets.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, variations, and material consumption.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
- Supervise site execution and ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Track project progress and prepare regular progress reports.
- Identify project delays, technical issues, and cost variations and take corrective action.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
- Ensure proper documentation, measurements, approvals, and project records.
- Coordinate procurement and ensure availability of materials as per project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.




- Lead the site/project team and take complete ownership of project delivery.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Civil Construction Project Management.
- Good knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Estimation.
- Expertise in BOQ, rate analysis, billing, measurements, and cost control.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and coordinate with different stakeholders.
- Good leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant construction/project management software.
- Ability to independently handle projects with minimum supervision.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in construction/project management.
- Candidates with strong experience in both Project Management + QS/Commercial will be preferred.

Key Requirement

The ideal candidate should be capable of taking complete ownership of the project, including site execution, QS, billing, costing, subcontractor coordination, client coordination, and final project completion/handover.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
