Work Responsibilities

- Handle patient enquiries and provide basic information.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and therapy sessions.
- Maintain patient records and session details.
- Coordinate with the team for smooth patient care.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Any Degree is acceptable.
- Valuable communication skills are required.
- Comfortable speaking with patients over the phone.
- Friendly, patient, and responsible.
- Freshers can apply.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
