Job Description

Careersecure is looking for a target-driven Business Development Executive to build relationships with universities and colleges, generate student leads, and drive enrollments for our programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with colleges, universities, TPOs, and placement teams.
- Organize workshops, career sessions, and student engagement activities.
- Generate and qualify student leads.
- Counsel students, follow up, and convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain institutional relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills with minimal grammatical errors.




- MTI-free communication; Versant score 5 or 6.
- Strong sales, business development, and interpersonal skills.

Salary & Benefits

- Freshers: ₹25,000 in-hand
- Experienced: ₹30,000 in-hand
- Training: 7 days
- Working Days: 6 days (4th Saturday off)
- Interview: Virtual + Face-to-Face
- Openings: 4
