- nstall, assemble, align, and maintain mechanical equipment used in the agrochemical manufacturing process.
- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machinery.
- Repair and overhaul pumps, gearboxes, agitators, mixers, conveyors, valves, compressors, blowers, and other mechanical equipment.
- Perform equipment alignment, bearing replacement, coupling maintenance, and lubrication activities.
- Identify mechanical faults and take corrective actions to minimize production downtime.
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and modification of recent plant machinery and equipment.
- Inspect machinery regularly and maintain maintenance records and checklists.
- Ensure proper functioning of utility systems such as air compressors, pipelines,



and material handling equipment.
- Coordinate with electrical, production, and engineering teams during maintenance activities.
- Follow plant safety procedures, permit systems, and company SOPs during maintenance work.
- Maintain housekeeping in maintenance areas and ensure safe use of tools and equipment.
- Monitor spare parts requirements and report shortages to the Maintenance Manager.

Qualification

- ITI Fitter / Mechanical Fitter Trade Certificate.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:

- Diploma (Preferred)
