Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, generating leads, explaining our services, handling customer queries, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Introduce and explain the company's products and services.

Generate qualified leads

Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.

Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.

Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the database.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.

Stay updated on company offerings, promotions, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

Higher Secondary (Plus Two) / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.





Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, telesales, or sales is an added advantage.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (mandatory).

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet).

Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Good listening skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Positive attitude, confidence, and teamwork.

Preferred Experience

0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Sales.
