Tally & Inventory Accountant

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Tally Accountant / Inventory Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and inventory reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily purchase and sales entries in Tally.
- Record and monitor stock receipts, issues, transfers, and closing stock.
- Prepare daily and monthly stock reports.
- Preparing MIS Reports in Excel on daily and monthly basis
- Track product-wise purchases, sales, and stock balances.
- Verify invoices and ensure entries are accurate and up to date.
- Reconcile physical stock with Tally records.
- Prepare regular reports on purchases, sales, stock movement, and outstanding items.
- Coordinate with suppliers, sales staff,



and warehouse personnel regarding stock and invoice discrepancies.

Requirements:

- Positive working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel
- Experience with inventory/stock management in Tally.
- Good understanding of purchase and sales accounting.
- Comfortable preparing Excel reports.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate daily records.
- Prior experience in a trading, distribution, wholesale, or retail business would be preferred.

Experience: 2+ years preferred.

Pay: ₹8,280.39 - ₹25,000.00 per month
