Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Manager Staff to support daily operations, manage internal coordination, and ensure smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate should be organized, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing day-to-day business operations and administrative tasks

Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Operations, Sales, and Accounts)

Monitor task progress and ensure timely completion

Support in employee management and basic HR activities

Maintain records, reports, and documentation accurately

Handle vendor coordination and follow-ups when required





Ensure smooth communication across departments

Identify operational issues and suggest improvements

Support senior management in decision-making and execution

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)

1–3 years of relevant experience in operations/admin/management role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

MBA (HR/Operations/General Management)

Experience in e-commerce or startup environment
