Job Title: Sales Engineer (B2B Industrial Sales)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven Sales Engineer to develop new B2B industrial customers and grow business with OEMs and Tier-1 companies across India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire recent OEM and industrial customers.
- Generate enquiries through customer visits, cold calling, LinkedIn, exhibitions, and networking.
- Handle the complete RFQ-to-Order cycle, including techno-commercial discussions and negotiations.
- Develop business in Electrical, Switchgear, Transformer, Power Distribution, EV, Industrial Equipment, and General Engineering sectors.
- Coordinate with internal teams for costing, quotations, production feasibility, and order execution.
- Maintain customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales, order booking, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Travel across India for customer visits and business development.

Candidate Profile:

- 3–5 years of experience in B2B Industrial Sales and relevant experience in CNC machining, fabrication, sheet metal,



castings, electrical components, or precision engineering industries.
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, customer acquisition, and business development skills.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively across India.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
