Prismatica Health is a US-focused revenue cycle management company handling billing, AR cleanup, and appointment scheduling for healthcare practices. We're a small, hands-on team — you'll be working real client accounts from week one, and both roles below carry real influence on how accounts are run, not just headcount.

We're hiring for two openings on our AR & Denial Management team:

1. AR Caller (1-3 years experience)

Responsibilities:

- Call US insurance payers to follow up on outstanding claims and denials
- Work AR aging buckets and prioritize high-value/high-risk claims
- Document call outcomes and next steps accurately in the practice management system
- Identify denial trends and flag patterns back to the billing team

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of hands-on AR calling and denial management experience
- Working knowledge of eClinicalWorks (ECW) — required
- Clear spoken English and comfort on payer calls
- Understanding of AR days,



clean claim rate, and basic denial codes

2. Team Leader (4-6 years experience)

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of AR callers, reviewing call quality and denial resolution
- Own AR aging and denial trend reporting for assigned accounts
- Coach the team on payer-specific escalation and appeal strategy
- Act as the point of escalation for stuck claims and problem accounts
- Work directly with account leadership on client-facing metrics

Requirements:

- 4-6 years in AR calling/denial management, including prior team lead or mentoring experience
- Robust working knowledge of eClinicalWorks (ECW)
- Track record of improving AR days, denial rate, or first-pass resolution for a team
- Comfortable owning outcomes, not just assigning tasks

Both roles require willingness to work US night shift from our Ahmedabad office.
