Location: Hadapsar, Pune.

Experience: 3–7 Years

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

- Operate Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) for dimensional inspection of components.
- Perform inspection as per drawings, control plans, and inspection standards.
- Understand engineering drawings, GD&T;, and basic tolerance concepts.
- Prepare and execute CMM inspection programs as per component requirements.
- Measure critical dimensions, profiles, geometrical tolerances, and positional tolerances.
- Generate and maintain CMM inspection reports and measurement records.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, etc.
- Identify deviations and coordinate with Production/Quality teams for corrective action.




- Maintain calibration status and proper handling of CMM equipment.
- Follow quality procedures and IATF 16949 requirements.
- Maintain inspection records and support internal/customer quality requirements.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of CMM operation and measurement techniques.
- Knowledge of GD&T; and engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with CMM software Calypso.
- Knowledge of basic measuring instruments.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
