Sonali Group is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of relevant experience in the Filler and Masterbatch industry.

Job Responsibilities:-

Generate new leads and develop new customers.

Maintain good relationships with existing customers.

Conduct market visits and identify current business opportunities.

Follow up with customers for enquiries, quotations, and orders.

Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Maintain customer and sales records and prepare regular reports.

Required Skills

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.

Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel for customer and market visits.

Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field is preferred.
