you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s overall operations and human resource functions. Your role will include developing and implementing business strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the company. In addition, you will lead all HR initiatives including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and policy development. You will play a key role in aligning the company’s people strategy with its business goals, driving organizational culture, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. This is a senior leadership role that requires robust operational oversight, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset to support the company’s growth and development. You will report directly to the Managing Director and will be expected to contribute to the leadership team’s decisions and future planning.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
