The HR Executive plays a crucial role in supporting all aspects of the human resources function. This position will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Selection:
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing candidates (e.g., through job boards, social media, and employee referrals), screening resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate and participate in the interview process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters.
- Onboarding & Orientation:
- Plan and execute a smooth and effective employee onboarding process, including preparing welcome packages, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring new hires have the necessary resources to succeed.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues, such as conflicts, disciplinary matters, and performance concerns.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain employee files, including personnel records, perks documentation, and training records.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics as required.
- Other Duties as Assigned:
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager/Head of HR.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday) preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
