A Production Chemist is responsible for overseeing and managing chemical manufacturing processes to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. They work closely with production teams to monitor raw materials, supervise batch processing, and maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines.

The Production Chemist analyzes formulations, conducts process optimization, and troubleshoots production issues to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency. They are responsible for maintaining accurate production records, preparing technical reports, and ensuring that all equipment and processes operate within specified parameters. Regular testing and quality control checks are performed to verify that finished products meet required specifications and customer expectations.

In addition, a Production Chemist collaborates with research and development, quality assurance,



and maintenance departments to implement process improvements and introduce new products into production. They also ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations by following standard operating procedures and promoting secure working practices.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this role. A Production Chemist should have a solid understanding of chemistry principles, manufacturing techniques, and quality management systems. Their contribution is vital in maintaining consistent product quality, maximizing production efficiency, reducing waste, and supporting the overall success and growth of the manufacturing organization.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
