About the Role

We are looking for a Destination Expert with strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations who can understand customer requirements, design customized itineraries, and convert travel enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle travel enquiries for domestic and international destinations through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements including destination, budget, duration, travel dates, hotel preferences and activities.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries based on customer requirements and budget.
- Have positive destination knowledge of places such as Andaman, Goa, Kerala, Rajasthan, Kashmir, Himachal, Bali, Thailand, Maldives, Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia and other popular destinations.
- Explain tour packages, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, activities and inclusions/exclusions clearly to customers.
- Recommend suitable destinations, hotels and experiences based on customer preferences.
- Coordinate with hotels, vendors, transport providers and destination partners for bookings and confirmations.
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper records of enquiries.




- Negotiate with vendors and provide competitive package pricing while maintaining profitability.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues before and during the travel journey.
- Work towards achieving sales targets, conversion targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated with new destinations, hotels, travel trends, visa requirements and destination-specific information.

Requirements

- Experience in travel sales / holiday packages / destination management preferred.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Good itinerary planning and destination research skills.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to understand customer needs and suggest the right travel options.
- Knowledge of Andaman destinations and tourism products will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Candidates with experience in handling B2C travel sales and customized holidays will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
