Track Lead (Support & Operations)

Job Summary

Plan and schedule infrastructure patching activities across servers, databases, middleware, and network platforms.
Coordinate patch deployment windows with technical teams, application owners, and business stakeholders.
Track vulnerability remediation activities and ensure adherence to defined SLAs.
Manage maintenance calendars and patch implementation schedules.
Raise, track, and coordinate Change Requests (RFCs) for patch deployment activities.
Ensure all prerequisites, approvals, and communication plans are completed before scheduled maintenance windows.
Monitor patching progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate outage notifications and maintenance communications.
Maintain governance and compliance reporting for patch implementation activities.
Escalate scheduling conflicts, risks, and delays to relevant stakeholders.
Produce regular reports on patch compliance,



pending vulnerabilities, and remediation progress.

Skill Requirements

Experience in Patch Management or Infrastructure Operations.
Robust understanding of Vulnerability Management processes.
Experience coordinating enterprise maintenance windows.
Knowledge of Change Management processes.
Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or equivalent.
Strong stakeholder and communication management skills.
Excellent planning, scheduling, and coordination capabilities.
Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and tracking dashboards.
Technical Understanding
Basic understanding of:
Linux/UNIX environments
Windows Server environments
Database platforms
Middleware technologies
Security and vulnerability remediation processes
