Job Summary

HERBURE is looking for a Customer Support / Order Confirmation Executive to manage customer communication for orders received through our Shopify store.

The primary responsibility will be to call customers, confirm orders, coordinate delivery updates, and ensure a smooth customer experience from order placement to delivery.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in Malayalam, Hindi, and English and have good communication and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Call customers for order confirmation after an order is placed through Shopify.
- Verify customer details such as name, address, phone number, and ordered products.
- Confirm the customer's availability and willingness to receive the order.
- Update order status and customer information in Shopify.
- Follow up with customers after the order has been dispatched.
- Communicate shipping and delivery updates to customers.
- Contact customers regarding delivery-related issues or delays.
- Follow up on pending or unsuccessful deliveries and coordinate with customers for re-delivery when required.
- Confirm successful delivery with customers.
- Handle basic customer queries regarding orders and products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer calls,



confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the internal team and delivery partners when required.

Requirements

- Fluent in Malayalam, Hindi, and English.
- Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, Shopify, WhatsApp, and mobile applications.
- Ability to maintain accurate customer and order records.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, e-commerce, or order processing is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
