The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing security operations across retail stores and company premises to ensure the safety of employees, customers, assets, cash, inventory, and facilities. The role involves supervising security personnel, preventing losses, managing security systems, and responding effectively to emergencies and security incidents.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise security guards and manage daily security operations.

Monitor CCTV, access control systems, and other security equipment.

Conduct regular patrols and security inspections of stores and premises.

Implement loss prevention measures to reduce theft, pilferage, and shrinkage.

Manage customer and visitor access while ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Protect cash, inventory, company assets, and sensitive areas.

Ensure warehouse and stockroom security through regular monitoring and inspections.

Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports.

Maintain security records, logs, and compliance documentation.





Enforce company safety and security policies and procedures.

Coordinate emergency response, evacuation procedures, and crisis management activities.

Train, guide, and monitor security staff performance.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Diploma/Certification in Security Management or Fire & Safety is an added advantage.

Experience in retail, warehouse, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.

Skills Required

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
