Job Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
- Handle recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll, statutory compliance, PF/ESIC, and related HR activities.
- Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance management.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain HR databases.
- Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower requirements.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and organizational practices.

Qualification





- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and HR processes.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
