Key Responsibilities

- Welcome patients and assist them throughout their visit.
- Handle patient enquiries and provide basic information regarding services.
- Manage patient appointments, registrations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, reception, and other departments.
- Assist patients with reports, billing, and other basic administrative requirements.
- Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation.
- Guide patients to the appropriate department or consultation area.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and scheduled visits.
- Handle patient concerns politely and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain a professional, clean, and patient-friendly setting.

Requirements

- Graduate / 12th pass with relevant experience.
- Freshers can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient-friendly and courteous attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a healthcare environment and handle patients professionally.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
