Mandatory Skills

- 7+ years of Windows Server Patch Management
- Hands-on experience with Tanium for patch deployment and endpoint management
- Robust hands-on experience in Patch Automation / Process Automation
- Experience with Qualys or other vulnerability management tools
- Experience with Windows Server OS patching across Production and Non-Production environments
- Strong knowledge of patch testing, validation, health checks, and rollback
- Basic knowledge of Citrix CVAD, including StoreFront, Citrix Gateway, and VDA servers
- Experience with ITIL Change Management, CR creation, approvals, implementation, and reporting
- Robust troubleshooting, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience handling large-scale enterprise server environments

Key Responsibilities





- Plan and execute automated Windows Server patching across Production and Non-Production environments
- Test and validate patches before Production deployment
- Perform pre/post-patch health checks and rollback when required
- Monitor patch compliance and vulnerability remediation
- Automate patching and related operational processes
- Coordinate with Application, Infrastructure, Security, and Citrix teams
- Maintain patching procedures, documentation, and compliance reports

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
