Job Summary

We are looking for a Placement Operations Intern to support day-to-day placement activities, student coordination, HR communication, interview coordination, documentation, and placement records.

Key Responsibilities

- Student Coordination: Handle student queries related to placements, interviews, job opportunities, and placement processes.
- Student Job Readiness: Support students with resume readiness, communication, mock interviews, interview preparation, and professional grooming.
- HR Coordination: Coordinate with HR teams regarding job openings, candidate requirements, interview schedules, selection updates, and follow-ups.
- Mock Interview Support: Schedule and track mock interviews, attendance, results, and rescheduling.
- Placement Operations: Coordinate with students, trainers, and internal teams for smooth placement activities.
- Documentation & Data:



Maintain placement documents and updated student placement records.
- Session Coordination: Track trainer sessions, pending activities, rescheduling, and syllabus/session completion.
- MIS & Feedback: Maintain placement trackers, support regular reports, and collect student feedback.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Positive organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to handle student queries professionally
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
