Job Description – Purchase Engineer

Position: Purchase Engineer
Experience: 3–4 Years
Location: Agra
CTC: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement of construction materials, equipment and other project requirements.
- Identify and evaluate reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate prices and finalize purchase orders.
- Monitor material quality, cost and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with site, billing, stores and accounts teams.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor database and comparative statements.
- Ensure materials are procured within budget and project timelines.

Candidate Requirements

- 3–4 years of relevant Purchase/Procurement experience in residential building projects.
- Robust knowledge of construction materials and local vendors.
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Residential Building Experience is Mandatory.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Purchasing: 3 years (Preferred)
- Billing: 3 years (Preferred)
- AutoCAD: 2 years (Preferred)
