Summary Under the supervision of the Shop Manager, this position primarily operates and maintains the CO2 Engraving and Cutting Lasers and related tools and equipment. This position may also perform other production activities, including but not limited to supporting the production team by assembling parts, operating machinery, and fabrication of plastic products, as well as cleaning and maintaining equipment and the shop floor. This position may also be required to perform the functions of the Machine Shop Helper job description as needed.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Perform daily machine start-up and shutdown procedures
- Supervise Loading and unloading materials on the machine pallet
- Perform preventive maintenance as per the guidelines
- Assist in loading and unloading activities
- Follow all safety rules and quality standards
- Ensure all drawings to be approved by production manager
- Prepare Nesting for the shared drawing




- Ensure all nesting’s are approved by production manager before considering it for production
- Document all approved drawings & nesting files as per instructions
- Perform first part & sampling inspection to ensure quality
- Interact with team for all developmental activities
- Report to production manager on a daily basis to discuss with respect to Plan vs Actual

Basic Requirements

Fresheres and Experienced can apply, Qualification-Diploma/ITI/BE

Knowledge in AutoCAD
