Job Description
- Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Promote and sell residential/commercial projects.
- Conduct site visits and provide project details to customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and support business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing and customer service teams for smooth sales processes.
Requirements
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Previous experience in real estate/building sales is preferred.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Valuable knowledge of the local market is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
Pay: ₹18,052.83 - ₹32,551.10 per month
