Job Role Overview:

We are hiring enthusiastic individuals for a dual role involving property site visits and technical report preparation. You will play a key part in the valuation process, gathering in office data and preparing structured reports for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Visitor (Field Work):

Visit residential, commercial, and industrial properties

Measure and inspect properties for valuation purposes

Take photos and gather property-related details

Coordinate with clients and site owners for timely visits

2. Report Writer (Office Work):

Prepare property valuation reports based on field data

Use MS Word/Excel for formatting and documentation

Ensure accuracy, clarity, and timely submission of reports





Coordinate with senior valuers for review and updates

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)

Freshers welcome; prior experience in valuation/reporting is a plus

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word/Excel)

Good observation and communication skills

Willingness to travel locally for site visits

Bike & Licence
