Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager with strong hands-on experience in restaurant and F&B; procurement. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete purchasing process, vendor coordination, inventory requirements, cost control, and timely procurement of food, beverages, kitchen supplies, and operational materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end restaurant procurement and purchasing activities.
- Source and purchase food ingredients, beverages, kitchen supplies, packaging materials, cleaning materials, and other F&B; requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive pricing and quality.
- Coordinate with the Executive Chef, Kitchen, Bar, Stores, Accounts, and Operations teams for daily requirements.
- Collect and compare quotations from approved suppliers.
- Ensure purchases are made as per approved specifications, quality standards, and budgets.
- Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain proper Purchase Orders (PO), quotations, vendor records, and purchase documentation.




- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery and resolve quality/quantity issues.
- Coordinate with Stores for receiving, stock requirements, and discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company purchase procedures and approval processes.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and develop reliable supplier sources.
- Monitor outstanding purchase requirements and ensure there is no shortage of critical items.

Mandatory Requirements

- 4–7 years of relevant Purchase/Procurement experience.
- Restaurant / F&B; procurement experience is mandatory.
- Candidates from unrelated industries will not be considered.
- Strong knowledge of food, beverage, kitchen, and restaurant operational procurement.
- Good vendor negotiation and cost-control skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
