Marketing Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Executive to support our Marketing team with day-to-day coordination, campaign execution, data management, reporting, follow-ups, and administrative activities.

The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, digital tools, trackers, and multiple teams. Good communication and strong follow-up skills are important for this role.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Operations & Coordination

- Support the Marketing team in executing day-to-day marketing activities and campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing tasks are completed on time.
- Maintain marketing calendars, task trackers, campaign records, and activity reports.
- Follow up with team members on pending activities, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Track the status of ongoing marketing activities and highlight delays or pending actions.
- Assist in coordinating promotional activities, events, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.

Content & Digital Marketing Support

- Coordinate with the content and design teams for marketing requirements.
- Collect and organize product information, images, creatives, and other marketing materials.
- Support social media and digital marketing activities as required.
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, vendors, and service providers when required.
- Maintain organized records of marketing content, campaigns, and related documents.

Data, Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain marketing data, reports, trackers, and spreadsheets.
- Update campaign and activity records regularly.
- Assist in preparing basic reports and summaries for the Marketing team.




- Ensure marketing-related documents and information are properly maintained.
- Work with Excel/Google Sheets for data entry, tracking, reporting, and coordination.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Coordination, Sales Coordination, Administration, or a related role is preferred.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Comfortable working with data, reports, trackers, and digital tools.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams.
- Proactive approach with attention to detail.
