About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to join our engineering team and lead the development of high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android. In this role, you will design, architect, and deliver seamless mobile experiences using Flutter and Dart, utilizing up-to-date state management patterns like BLoC and GetX.

Beyond cross-platform UI engineering, you will write native platform channels using Kotlin/Java for Android and Swift for iOS to integrate complex hardware features, native SDKs, and custom OS-level functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect, build, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
- Implement robust application state management, modular architecture, and side-effect handling using BLoC and GetX.
- Write native bridge code using Kotlin / Java (Android) and Swift (iOS) via Flutter Method Channels to interface with native APIs, background services, and third-party SDKs.
- Design clean, responsive, and pixel-perfect UIs that comply with both Material Design and iOS Human Interface Guidelines.
- Connect mobile applications to RESTful APIs and WebSockets, implementing efficient caching, offline support, and secure local storage.
- Optimize app performance, startup time, frame rates,



and memory management across a wide range of devices.
- Manage app store deployments, including build pipelines, signing certificates, and releases on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Qualifications & Skills

- Flutter & Dart: Proven experience building and deploying production-ready apps using Flutter and Dart.
- State Management: Deep hands-on experience with BLoC (Business Logic Component) and/or GetX architecture patterns.
- Native Development: Working knowledge of native mobile technologies:
- Android: Kotlin or Java
- iOS: Swift
- Platform Channels: Experience writing custom Flutter Method Channels to communicate between Dart and native layers.
- Networking & Data: Experience with REST APIs, JSON parsing, asynchronous programming (Futures, Streams), and local databases (Hive, Sqflite, Shared Preferences).
- Tooling & CI/CD: Proficiency with Git, automated testing (unit, widget, integration tests), and mobile CI/CD tools (Fastlane, Codemagic, GitHub Actions, or Bitrise).

Nice to Have

- Experience with Firebase services (Crashlytics, Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config).
- Understanding of clean architecture, dependency injection, and SOLID principles in Flutter.
- Prior published apps on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (please share links on your resume!).
- UX/UI design in Figma (wireframes).
