Job Summary

Mojo Auto Cafe is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to handle customer enquiries, manage leads, follow up with potential customers, and support the Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend incoming customer calls and handle enquiries professionally.

- Respond to customer enquiries received through WhatsApp.

- Manage leads received through Google Sheets.

- Contact customers and understand their requirements.

- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper lead status.

- Identify and qualify potential customers.

- Share qualified leads with the Sales Team for further conversion.

- Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding customer follow-ups.

- Maintain accurate customer and lead records.





- Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and follow-ups.

- Maintain good customer relationships through timely and professional communication.

Requirements

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and WhatsApp.

- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work in a team.

Salary ₹15,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
