Role Overview

We're hiring a fresher-friendly Inside Sales Executive to join our digital services team. This is a desk-based, in-office role — no field visits, no outdoor work. You will handle client communication, follow up on leads, and support daily business operations from a comfortable, air-conditioned office environment.

This role comes with a structured probationary period followed by confirmation into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to explain our services to potential clients
- Follow structured scripts and protocols to qualify and convert leads
- Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM/trackers daily
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth business operations

Who We're Looking For

- Freshers and recent graduates welcome — no prior experience required
- Strong verbal communication and a professional phone manner




- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with structured processes
- Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets

Preferred (bonus, not mandatory):

- Exposure to digital marketing or social media
- Basic graphic design or content creation skills

Compensation

Probation/Training (2 months): ₹5,000/month stipend

Post-Confirmation: ₹10,000/month fixed + incentives

Incentives are performance-based and paid on top of fixed salary.
