Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for assessing patients, developing individualized treatment plans, providing physiotherapy interventions, and monitoring patient progress to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore physical function.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed physiotherapy assessments and evaluate patients' physical conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and other appropriate physiotherapy techniques.
- Treat patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, sports-related, and post-operative conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when required.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding exercises, posture, mobility, and home-care programs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment.
- Follow hospital/clinic policies, safety standards,



and professional ethics.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
- Valid professional registration/license as applicable.
- Previous hospital or clinical experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of physiotherapy assessment and rehabilitation techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
