Job Title: Civil Site Supervisor

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and authoritative Civil Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations, workforce activities, and material management directly on the construction floor. You will be responsible for translating project plans into physical progress by pushing schedules, maintaining strict safety protocols, and supervising laborers and subcontractors. The ideal candidate has excellent boots-on-the-ground leadership skills and a sharp eye for workmanship quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Workforce Supervision: Direct, coordinate, and monitor daily tasks for site laborers, masons, carpenters, and subcontractors to maintain high productivity.
- Material Management: Receive, inspect, and track incoming construction materials and equipment. Ensure materials are stored safely and minimize site wastage.
- Quality Control: Monitor workmanship closely to ensure layout markings, concrete mixes, brickwork, and finishes strictly adhere to project drawings and quality standards.
- Progress Tracking: Maintain daily site logs, tracking labor attendance, material consumption, and task completions to report to the Site Engineer.
- Safety Enforcement:



Actively enforce the company’s health and safety rules, ensuring all workers wear mandatory PPE (helmets, vests, boots) and maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Problem Solving: Resolve immediate logistical bottlenecks, tool issues, or workforce disputes on-site to avoid project delays.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering, ITI certification, or a high school diploma with substantial practical experience.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience working directly as a Site Supervisor in residential, commercial, or industrial factories.
- Technical Skills: Ability to accurately read and interpret basic structural drawings, architectural layouts, and center-line markings.
- Soft Skills: Strong command over local languages to communicate effectively with laborers, coupled with a firm, assertive leadership style.
- Physical Fitness: Capability to work on foot for extended periods, navigate active construction zones, and handle outdoor environment conditions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
