Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Product Relationship Manager (Product RM) to manage client relationships, understand business requirements, drive product adoption and ensure a seamless customer experience. The role involves understanding customer requirements, explaining digital products, building client relationships, driving product adoption and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Follow up with leads and prospects to drive conversions
- Support product onboarding, adoption and customer engagement
- Coordinate with internal Product, Technology and Support teams
- Address customer queries and ensure timely resolution
- Collect customer feedback and communicate product improvement requirements
- Maintain accurate customer and interaction records in CRM systems
- Track customer engagement and product performance
- Support the achievement of assigned business and product adoption.
Eligibility & Skills
- Final-year students pursuing Graduation / Post-Graduation or fresh graduates.
- Any educational background.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Robust interpersonal and customer-handling skills
- Good Presentation and follow-up abilities
- Basic understanding of digital products and technology solutions
- Strong learning agility and willingness to learn
- Tamil & English proficiency preferred; additional languages are an advantage.

Work Location: Coimbatore & Chennai
Note: The first 2 months will be an internship period. Candidates who successfully complete the internship will be moved to the Trainee position with a monthly stipend until completion of their final examinations. Upon successful completion of the examinations and satisfactory performance, eligible candidates may be converted to full-time employment with DigiByte Technologies Private Limited.
